A seasonal rhythm of songs, stories, and crafts for ages 0–3
Since Theo Vilje was a baby, we’ve been singing, reading, and exploring the world through gentle, Waldorf-inspired rhythms—following the seasons with simple crafts, nature play, and traditional verses.
This collection shares our favorite seasonal activities for toddlers (from birth to age three), offered in both English and Norwegian. Most of the translations were created in the moment—just like life with little ones—and shared with our English-speaking neighbors and fellow families walking a similar path.
This collection reflects real life with toddlers—a balance between spontaneous joy and thoughtful rhythm.

✨ Why We Created This Rhythm
This rhythm wasn’t just for Theo Vilje—it was for us too.
As new parents who travel often, we craved a sense of grounding and flow. Following the natural rhythm of the seasons brought presence, peace, and structure into our days. It gave us something to return to—no matter where we were in the world.
